Yes, we know at least one company is working on the 1.0 version. And at TMW Nice I ran into another company that was using the beta version, not sure if they are moving to the 1.0 version. On the TMF OSS/J forum already some questions related to OM are posted, see http://tmforum.org/community/forums/45/ShowForum.aspx 2. Yes, the spec lead (who was taken the role of product owner) was present in these sessions. 3. I see I made a type with regards to the workshops in Dusseldorf, it was every 8 weeks so we only had that meeting every 4 sprints. The main advantage was that when you're in the same room, discussions about technical issues are easier. Quickly drawing something on a whiteboard, seeing how others react to a proposal, quickly walking through some examples are easier when in the same room. We did use some screen sharing tools (Yugma for example) a couple of times in conf calls and that also improved the communication, but firewalls etc sometimes prevented team members to use these kind of tools.
