Vikas,

1. Yes, we know at least one company is working on the 1.0 version. And at TMW Nice I ran into another company that was using the beta version, not sure if they are moving to the 1.0 version. On the TMF OSS/J forum already some questions related to OM are posted, see http://tmforum.org/community/forums/45/ShowForum.aspx

2. Yes, the spec lead (who was taken the role of product owner) was present in these sessions.

3. I see I made a type with regards to the workshops in Dusseldorf, it was every 8 weeks so we only had that meeting every 4 sprints. The main advantage was that when you're in the same room, discussions about technical issues are easier. Quickly drawing something on a whiteboard, seeing how others react to a proposal, quickly walking through some examples are easier when in the same room. We did use some screen sharing tools (Yugma for example) a couple of times in conf calls and that also improved the communication, but firewalls etc sometimes prevented team members to use these kind of tools.

Congratulations Gero! Great work. I am sure the fame part would follow soon :)

Some questions.

1. Do we know of any company(s) who is implementing the specification?

2. Was the product owner from JSR present in the retrospectives for feedback?

3. What advantages did you have meeting at Düsseldorf in every sprint that you think made your meeting a success? Could these have been achieved had you not met? This would be very interesting for distributed agile projects in which team members would not be able to meet in every sprint.
